spoonville.
Spoonville started in England as a way to occupy the kids during lockdown and now it is EVERYWHERE. The teachers at North Rocks Public School started their own Spoonville initiative as part of Wellness Wednesdays, and it has spread across the neighbourhood - and all over Sydney!
treasure hunts.
In order to get the kids out walking, we started a treasure hunt. Little bags of goodies have been left around two neighbourhoods in North Rocks, and a third hunt is planned for September!

We were on the telly! It was incredibly wonderful to be featured as a feel good news story on Channel 7 on 23 August, 2021. It was an amazing experience for all of us, especially the two wonderful kids from North Rocks Public School who started the whole craze in our neighbourhood. You can see our news story here
